In terms of visits and cultural activities, the trainees in Toulouse have the opportunity to explore the city of Toulouse, visit Carcassonne and Albi, and discover the bastides of the Gers. They can also participate in a pastel workshop or a wine tasting session at a local cellar. Additionally, they can tour the Airbus complex and the Aéroscopia museum.
The Nîmes programme includes visits to the Roman cities of Nîmes and Arles, the Camargue region and its culture, the Grau du Roi port and the medieval city of Aigues-Mortes, the centre of Uzès, the Pont du Gard and the opportunity to taste some of the region's wines. Each immersion programme also includes a lunch in a traditional restaurant in the host city, so that trainees have the opportunity to broaden their knowledge of the culinary culture of the host region.

On Tuesday evening, the last evening of the immersion programme, trainees and their host families are invited to a farewell party in the city centre of Toulouse or Nîmes, where they are offered a buffet dinner.
The added bonus of these language and cultural immersion programmes is that all the activities take place in groups, giving trainees the opportunity to learn the language in a stimulating way and to meet new people, exchange ideas, share experiences and, why not, make international friends. Groups are made up of 5 trainees, possibly from 5 different countries.
